    Position Summary
    We are seeking an experienced Life Sciences Business Applications (CRM) Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, delivery, and governance of CRM and commercial technology initiatives for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare organizations.
    The role will partner closely with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, Compliance, and IT teams to deliver CRM implementations, enhancements, integrations, migrations, and business transformation programs.
    The ideal candidate will have strong project/program management experience, solid knowledge of Life Sciences commercial operations, and experience delivering platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud, Veeva Align, and related commercial applications within regulated environments.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage end-to-end CRM and business applications projects from initiation through deployment, stabilization, and hypercare.
    • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, and governance frameworks.
    • Lead cross-functional teams consisting of business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, consultants, and offshore resources.
    • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, and executive-level status reporting.
    • Lead CRM implementations, upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
    • Manage initiatives involving Veeva CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud, Veeva Align, territory management, incentive compensation, customer master data, omnichannel engagement, call planning, and digital marketing integrations.
    • Coordinate application releases, testing, UAT, deployment, change management, and business readiness activities.
    • Partner with Commercial Operations, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services teams.
    • Facilitate requirements gathering, business process reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
    • Translate business objectives and requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
    • Manage internal teams and external implementation partners, including vendor deliverables and contractual obligations.
    • Coordinate onshore, offshore, and nearshore delivery teams.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable GxP, FDA, HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, and organizational quality standards.
    • Coordinate Computer System Validation (CSV), validation documentation, change controls, quality reviews, and audit-readiness activities.
    • Oversee initiatives involving HCP/HCO data, customer master data, Veeva Network, MDM platforms, ERP systems, data warehouses, marketing automation platforms, and analytics solutions.
    • Coordinate data migration and system integration activities with technical and data teams.
    • Lead organizational change management, training, communication, user adoption, and deployment readiness activities.
    • Drive successful transition of delivered solutions to production support and managed services teams.
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • 8+ years of project management experience.
    • 5+ years of experience managing CRM or business applications projects within Life Sciences.
    • Experience delivering enterprise technology programs within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or related healthcare organizations.
    • Strong experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
    • Strong understanding of Life Sciences Commercial Operations, Sales Force Effectiveness, Customer Engagement, Medical Affairs, Field Force Automation, Market Access, Patient Services, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
    • Strong experience with project governance, stakeholder management, risk management, budget management, vendor management, resource planning, and executive communication.
    • Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
    • Strong business process analysis, requirements management, change management, and team leadership skills.
