Job Summary

The Life PA Representative serves as a key support role within Life Policy Administration, providing accurate, detail-driven service to policyholders, agents, and financial institutions. This position requires strong analytical skills, financial accountability, and a commitment to delivering clear, timely communication while administering complex life insurance policies.

Responsibilities 
  • Communicate with Policyholders, agents, CSR's, and financial institutions regarding company policy and procedures, policy information, policy status and account values with a high degree of financial accountability for the accuracy.
  • Send requested information or forms to policyowner, agent, or CSR via USPS, email, or fax. Must be able to determine which forms are required for requests.
  • Demonstrate initiative, good attitude, empathy, patience, and teamwork.
  • Complete and send letters, forms, or requested information to the policyowner/agent.
  • Ongoing training with the Policy Administration Analyst and Specialists to obtain broader processing knowledge.

Qualifications
  • High School Education or GED
  • Actively working towards LOMA Designation, ACS (Associate of Customer Service)
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Research and analysis skills to interpret complex contracts
  • Multi-tasking
