We are hiring a high-performing sales professional to handle inbound, warm life insurance opportunities inside a fast-growing insurance agency.
This is NOT a cold-calling role.
You will be speaking with:
- Existing clients
- Inbound inquiries
- Referred opportunities from our service team

Salary Range: $150000.00 - $200000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound life insurance opportunities from existing clients and referrals
- Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate coverage
- Present and close life insurance policies
- Consistently follow up with warm prospects
- Work closely with service team to capture referral opportunities
- Track daily activity (calls, quotes, closes)
- Maintain a high level of urgency and responsiveness
- Hit monthly production targets (812+ policies per month)
Requirements
- Strong sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred but not required)
- Proven ability to close deals and hit performance targets
- Comfortable speaking about financial protection and planning
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Highly organized with consistent follow-up habits
- Coachable and able to follow a proven sales process
- Competitive, self-motivated, and performance-driven
Preferred:
- Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Previous experience in insurance, mortgage, or financial sales
