Position Overview

Moon Barnes State Farm in Carrollton, TX is adding full-time sales team members to our office on State Highway 121. Our focus is life insurance: helping families protect the people who depend on them. We serve a diverse community, so we especially welcome candidates who speak English and Spanish or English and Korean. Insurance experience is not required; we provide training, licensing support, and coaching.

What You Will Do

• Talk with families about life insurance and help them choose a plan that protects the people they love
• Quote and write auto, home, and other policies, and look for every chance to start a life conversation
• Follow up on referrals, quote requests, and appointments quickly and professionally
• Review existing customers' coverage and recommend life protection where there is a gap
• Track your calls, appointments, and policies in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly goals with support from the agent and the team

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Korean preferred
• Sales, retail, banking, or customer-facing experience is a plus
• Willingness to obtain the required Life and Health and Property and Casualty licenses
• Clear, confident communication and strong follow-through

Pay range: $75,000-$95,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
