Life Insurance Sales Representative

MTZ Agency is hiring fully-remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives across all experience levels. Pay is commission-only as a 1099 independent contractor, with training and mentorship included.

MTZ Agency is a life insurance agency within Symmetry Financial Group, based in Bullhead City, Arizona. New agents are on the phone from day one, making live practice dials alongside a mentor, with help prepping every appointment.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with families who asked about life insurance
• Explain options and help clients choose coverage
• Follow a step-by-step sales and lead system
• Manage applications and client info with an industry-leading digital platform
• Learn to build and lead your own team, if you choose

What We're Looking For

• Willingness to get licensed (if unlicensed), including a LicenseIQ discount; Our recommended completion goal is about 12 days; timelines vary by state
• Positive attitude and steady work ethic
• Integrity and ownership of your results
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

• Commission only; 1099 independent contractor
• Full-Time Potential: Estimated $60,000–$160,000+ first year (35–45 hrs/week)
• Part-Time Potential: Estimated $40,000–$70,000+ first year (15–20 hrs/week)
