Life Insurance Recruiter

Position Summary

The Life Insurance Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, interview, and onboard talented individuals interested in building careers in life insurance and/or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Recruit licensed life insurance agents throughout Ohio.
• Recruit individuals interested in becoming licensed.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, and networking events.
• Conduct in-person, phone and Zoom interviews.
• Schedule candidates for licensing classes and onboarding.
• Coordinate orientation and training.
• Maintain a recruiting database and applicant tracking system.
• Attend career fairs and networking events.
• Build relationships with colleges, churches, military veterans, and community organizations.
• Work closely with agency leadership to meet monthly recruiting goals.
