ROLE DESCRIPTION:The life insurance specialist helps families and business owners secure their futures with life insurance coverage that fits their needs. This role focuses on identifying customer needs and recommending solutions. The ideal candidate is a licensed, driven professional who love helping people and closing business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Identify and close life insurance opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual life production goals.
- Conduct needs-based reviews and recommend ter, whole, and universal life products.
- Manage the sales pipeline in the agency CRM from quote to issue.
- Deliver a customer experience that drives referrals and retention.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Active Nevada Life insurance license.
- 2+ years selling life insurance with a proven production record.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented in sales environment.
- Proficient with CRM and computer applications.
