• Connect with prospective clients and schedule consultations
• Understand clients' protection needs and explain suitable life and health insurance options once licensed and appointed
• Follow up with clients and maintain professional relationships
• Participate in mentorship, sales training, and professional development

Who should apply

We value communication, integrity, initiative, organization, and coachability. Insurance experience is welcome but not required. An appropriate insurance license is required before conducting regulated insurance sales.

Unlicensed applicants independently choose their licensing and pre-licensing education provider and are responsible for associated costs. Excel is an optional educational partner; applicants are not required to use Excel.

Compensation and business structure

This is a contract-based insurance sales opportunity compensated entirely through commissions, with no base salary or guaranteed income. Earnings depend on individual production. Leadership and agency-building opportunities may be discussed based on qualifications and performance; advancement is not guaranteed.
