Role Overview:    
As an Insurance Sales Representative, your primary focus will be to connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions. You’ll be proactive in growing our agency’s client base by building trust, educating customers on available products, and guiding them through the application and renewal process.
 
Key Responsibilities:    
- Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, and community events to introduce our services  
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for yourself or the sales team as needed  
- Provide clear, accurate information about insurance products and assist clients with policy applications and renewals  
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities 
- Collaborate with the agency team to meet sales and service goals  
 
What We’re Looking For:    
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people  
- Self-motivated and comfortable with initiating conversations and following up on leads  
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail  
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required  
- Willingness to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses  
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and competitive drive  
 
Compensation:    
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus commission and bonuses based on performance. We’ll discuss full compensation details during the interview.
