Bilingual Life Insurance Sales Specialist to join our established State Farm agency in Danbury.
This isn't an opportunity where you'll be expected to build a business from zero. You'll have the opportunity to work with our
established customer base, helping individuals and families understand their protection needs while building relationships and developing new opportunities.
Already licensed? Great. Not licensed yet? We still want to hear from you. We're willing to train the right candidate who has the drive, communication skills, and commitment to obtain the required insurance license.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Connect with existing and prospective customers to identify life insurance needs
• Educate customers about life insurance options and help them select appropriate coverage
• Conduct needs-based conversations and follow up on opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with customers and their families
• Meet individual sales and activity goals
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity
• Work closely with our agency team to uncover additional opportunities
• Follow State Farm and applicable state and federal requirements
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
•
Bilingual in English and Spanish OR Portuguese• Comfortable with sales, outbound conversations, and asking for the business
• Motivated by goals and performance-based compensation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
• Current insurance license is a plus,
but not required to apply• Willing and able to obtain required insurance licensing
