The Evergreen Inn in Vancouver, WA, an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for a Full-Time Life Enrichment Assistant to help create meaningful, engaging experiences for our residents.

    What You’ll Do

    • Bring the fun: Lead engaging activities, games, programs, and experiences residents look forward to.

    • Encourage connection: Help residents get involved, build friendships, and enjoy meaningful moments together.

    • Celebrate together: Assist with special events, celebrations, outings, and community traditions.

    • Get creative: Bring fresh ideas and energy to programs based on residents’ interests and abilities.

    • Build relationships: Connect with residents, families, team members, and community partners.

    • Hit the road: Safely drive residents to outings and appointments as needed.

    • Keep things organized: Help maintain activity spaces, supplies, calendars, and equipment.

    What You’ll Bring

    • A positive, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for working with older adults.

    • Experience in assisted living or senior care is a plus, but not required.

    • Strong communication and organizational skills.

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to drive a passenger van.

    • Must be at least 21 years old.

    • A dependable, team-focused approach that reflects our EPIC ACTS values.
