As a Christian-based senior living community, we've proudly served since 1972, offering a full continuum of care including memory care, assisted living, therapy services, and more.Our team is guided by our core values: Compassion, Attitude of Excellence, Respect, Integrity, Nurturing, and Giving-and we bring those values to life every day for both residents and employees.We recognize the success of our Mission relies on the hard work and dedication of our team members.What You'll Do as a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant - Assisted Living:Implement planned activities as outlined on calendar of events.Transport residents to and from planned activities in and outside the facility.Provide one on one activities with residents unable to attend group activities, when time allows.Maintain documentation of resident's participation in activities.Organize activity in event of a cancelled event.Refers residents/families to the Director of Housing if unable to resolve any resident/family concern.Develops and maintains a good rapport with other departments to ensure that a team effort is achieved.Assists residents by visiting, writing letters, running errands, communicating with others, providing music, etc. as needed.Other duties as assigned.
