Description

Job Title: Licensing Specialist

Location: White Plains, NY 

Work Mode: Hybrid

Duration: 1+ year Contract 

Pay: 23/hr, W 2

Summary:

  • Hybrid work schedule with 3 days/week in office (Tues-Thurs) and remote work on Mon/Fri.
  • 37.5-hour work week.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end licensing process for Life/Health and Securities candidates.
  • Respond to inquiries from candidates, agents, Service, Field Managers, and Home Office partners.
  • Manage examination registrations and maintain licensing records.
  • Initiate registrations for Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 66 examinations.
  • Monitor candidate progress and coordinate actions to maintain licensing timelines.
  • Provide accurate licensing information to business partners and field leadership.
  • Identify and resolve licensing issues to minimize delays.
  • Maintain process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Prepare, organize, and enroll agents into licensing materials.
  • Answer questions on licensing by email.
  • Send out communications on upcoming licensing classes.
  • Manage licensing calendar and send follow-up emails to participants.
  • Create schedules for upcoming licensing.
  • Send reminders/next steps on exam results.
