Job Description:- Assist with the processing of online and paper applications in the licensing system
- Ensure application compliance with statutes
- Fingerprint and perform background checks and keep applicants updated of
- the status of their application
- Respond to public inquiries Log fees and receipts
- Prepare board meeting materials and minutes. Attend and assist with board meetings.
- Order office supplies
• Tentative start date will be dependent upon interviews conducted, onboarding completed, and the state agency issuing a PO.

- Expected to work 20 hours a week, will work exclusively on-site downtown at the office (with consideration for remote). Possible contract to hire so no candidates that require sponsorship. Immediate availability preferred.
