Description

Title: Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN)
Location: Oakland, CA 94611
Duration: 14 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Shift: Days | 8 Hours | 8 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation:
Local: $35–$40/hr. (W2)
 
Job Summary: Provides direct nursing and procedural support in an outpatient clinical setting, with a preference for candidates experienced in gastroenterology and endoscopy workflows.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and room patients, obtain clinical information, and support pre- and post-procedure care
  • Assist providers with gastroenterology and endoscopy procedures while maintaining patient safety and infection-control standards
  • Administer approved treatments, document patient care, and communicate changes in condition within the LVN/LPN scope of practice
Requirements:
  • Licensure: Active CA LVN/LPN License
  • Certifications: BLS
  • Experience: 1 year of current LVN/LPN experience
