We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing healthcare team in Whittier, CA. Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
  • Assist physicians and RNs in performing clinical procedures and patient assessments
  • Document patient information, medical histories, and treatment progress accurately in EMR systems
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and post-treatment instructions
  • Collect lab specimens and assist with diagnostic procedures as directed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment in accordance with infection control protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of California — required
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Prior clinical experience in a medical office, long-term care, or acute care setting preferred
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) software
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Compassionate bedside manner with a patient-first approach to care
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
