Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
- Assist physicians and RNs in performing clinical procedures and patient assessments
- Document patient information, medical histories, and treatment progress accurately in EMR systems
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and post-treatment instructions
- Collect lab specimens and assist with diagnostic procedures as directed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment in accordance with infection control protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:- Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of California — required
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Prior clinical experience in a medical office, long-term care, or acute care setting preferred
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) software
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Compassionate bedside manner with a patient-first approach to care
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
