How you'll make an impact in this role
Deliver personalized patient care under the direct guidance of a Registered Nurse or Physician, ensuring every individual receives compassionate treatment that fully aligns with clinical standards and state licensure.
Assess patient well-being continuously by gathering critical health data, identifying subtle changes in condition, and collaborating with the care team to maintain a safe, healing environment.
Administer medications safely and accurately, actively observing for and responding to any adverse reactions to therapeutic treatments or prescriptions to maximize patient safety.
Execute routine diagnostic laboratory tests and therapeutic services, streamlining clinical workflows so patients receive timely, accurate diagnoses and treatments.
Empower patients and their families through education, guiding them on discharge plans, holistic health strategies, and follow-up care to foster confidence and strong health outcomes at home.
