Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking full-time LVNs to join our team in multiple territories: San Luis Obispo

Atascadero/Templeton/Paso Robles

The regular work schedule is Monday-Friday (generally 8 to 5PM) with 1 weekend every 4 weeks rotation.

Requirements:

• Current California LVN license
• Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN &/or RN) work experience
• Reliable vehicle to drive for work
• Current Drivers License and maintenance of a clean driving record
• Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
• Current approved health care provider CPR Certification
• Home Health experience is a plus

This position is paid by the visit. Compensation for routine visits ranges from $35.00-$45.00 per visit. Each LVN has an hourly rate of pay for additional work hours, which ranges from $31.00-$35.00 per hour. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of experience, location, and years of experience.
