Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Per DiemJob Summary:Golden Legacy Care Center in Sylmar, CA is seeking a per diem Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a per diem LVN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License in the state of California
- Current Health Certificate
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year prior LVN experience preferred
Work Schedule:- Evening shifts (3 PM-11:30 PM)
- Overnight shifts (11 PM-7:30 AM)

Additional Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
