About the Role:
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at Avir at Windcrest, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and reporting changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
Collaborating with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participating in the implementation of new patient care initiatives and process improvements
Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and respect for every patient
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
