Ampla Health is seeking a skilled and motivated LVN Nursing Lead to support clinic operations and provide guidance to nursing staff. Reporting to the Nursing Supervisor, this role balances clinical duties with leadership responsibilities and ensures quality patient care and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support patient flow and productivity goals
• Provide guidance, in-service training, and scheduling for nursing staff
• Assist with staff onboarding and orientation
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and vaccine inventory
• Enforce infection control protocols and participate in CQI activities
• Fill in for the Nursing Supervisor as needed
• Work 50% of time in direct patient care

Qualifications:

• Valid CA LVN license and current CPR certification (required)
• 1+ year clinical and supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of outpatient clinic procedures and EMR systems
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs., push up to 100 lbs., and work on feet most of the day
