BASIC FUNCTION
Under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent or designee, and under the direction and coordination of the School Nurse, the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) assists with the health services program at all schools in accordance with state law, and District policies and procedures. When working at a specific school site, the LVN is also under the general supervision of the school site administrator.

Requirements / Qualifications
Current CA LVN License, current CPR certification, current Basic Life Support (BLS) with American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

One must be from a supervisor or equivalent. Must have own transportation. Prefer candidate who has school experience and scoliosis training, but not required. This position works 31 hours per week and during regular school months.
