Morrison Home is a Specialized Therapeutic Group Home licensed as a Residential Child Care Facility (RCCF), Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP), and Day Treatment Program that specializes in providing Group Living, Educational, Therapeutic, and Medical Services service all males between the ages of 10-18 years old with an Intellectual Developmental Disability (IDD) and an Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Morrison Home students reside in the Group Home and attend On-Campus School.
Pay: $78,000 Salary per year - Depending on Experience.

What you will do: As a Licensed Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker you will provide individual, family and group therapy as indicated by program/school needs. Develop and oversee the completion of treatment on an individual, family and group basis. Services include: clinical assessment, service planning, individual, group, family and milieu therapies, counseling, case management, record keeping and service coordination with a multi-disciplinary team.
The Licensed Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker will document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the objectives and goals of the treatment plan. This position works in alignment with the Shift Supervisor and Special Education Teacher. This position reports direct to the Program Manager and will be supervised by the Regional Clinical Director.
To be considered you should: ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Must possess a Master's Level Degree and current specific licensure required for the State of Colorado (LPCC, LPP, SWP, LCSW or SWC) ~ Obtain the appropriate number of CEUs each year to maintain licensure, if applicable ~ One year of prior experience working in a residential/school setting with at-risk students and their families. ~ Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current Colorado State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule: This position is 5 days a week in person working Monday through Friday. Hours may depend on individualized student needs.(Morrison Home is not able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule)
