Position Summary


We are seeking a licensed clinician (LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCAC-AD) to provide therapeutic services within our Intensive Outpatient Program for individuals with substance use disorders. The ideal candidate is experienced in addiction treatment, group facilitation, and comprehensive clinical documentation.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions

  • Provide individual and family counseling

  • Complete clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team

  • Coordinate referrals and discharge planning as appropriate

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal confidentiality laws (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2)

Qualifications


  • Active and unrestricted license as one of the following:

    • LCPC

    • LCSW-C

    • LCAC-AD

  • Experience working with substance use disorders required

  • Experience in Intensive Outpatient or similar level of care preferred

  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT, MI, relapse prevention, trauma-informed care)

  • Strong documentation and organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience facilitating process and psychoeducational groups

  • Experience with co-occurring mental health disorders

  • Knowledge of ASAM criteria
