    Position: LSW (Licensed Social Worker)
     
    Shift Schedule: AM (08:00 - 17:00)

    Location: Upland, CA 91786
     
    Job Type: (8 weeks)

    Start date: 10/12/2026-12/12/2026

    Pay: $45 to $50 per hour.
     
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) or Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
    • MSW required for healthcare settings.
    • CPR/BLS  required 
    • Current, valid state Social Work license (LSW/LMSW/LCSW, depending on position and state).
    • 2 years of social work experience is must, preferably in a hospital, healthcare, behavioral health, hospice, or clinical setting.
    • Experience with patient assessment, case management, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and care coordination.
