Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Rainbow Park Adult Day Health, Owings Mills, MD
Schedule: Part-Time | 16 hours/week
Pay: $32.00/hour
Language: Russian or Gujarati speaking preferred

Join our Adult Day Health Program as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing psychosocial support, counseling, advocacy, and care coordination to participants and their families.

Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited program required.

• Active Maryland Social Work License required.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience working with older adults, individuals with disabilities, or in healthcare settings preferred.

• Russian or Gujarati speaking preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans.

• Coordinate resources and advocate for participants.

• Monitor progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

• Complete required documentation and participate in team meetings.

• Support participant well-being, independence, and quality of life.
