Licensed Social Worker / Mental Health Clinician (1099)

Location: Queens, Bronx, or Brooklyn, NY
Pay:

• LMSW, LMFT, LMHC: $75/hour
• LCSW: $100/hour

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Social Workers and Mental Health Clinicians to provide community-based services throughout New York City. Providers will work within their preferred borough—Queens, the Bronx, or Brooklyn—with no travel required between boroughs. Caseload averages approximately 20 clients per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home psychosocial assessments and evaluations
• Develop individualized service and treatment plans
• Provide counseling, support, and crisis intervention services
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with families, caregivers, and community providers
• Ensure compliance with agency and state documentation requirements

Requirements

• Active New York State LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
• Must be comfortable driving throughout your assigned borough, including Queens if selected
• Ability to travel to clients' homes within your assigned borough
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Experience providing community-based or home-based services preferred
