What You'll Do

• Lead with Ownership \u2014 Run the day-to-day: scheduling, inventory, POS, and operations so the salon runs smoothly and clients keep coming back
• Build a Winning Team \u2014 Hire, coach, and develop stylists who are motivated, accountable, and proud of where they work
• Set the Standard \u2014 Create a salon culture where exceptional service isn't the exception \u2014 it's the expectation
• Drive Real Results \u2014 Partner with your Area Manager to hit revenue goals, track performance, and make data-informed decisions that grow the business
• Lead with Integrity \u2014 Manage payroll, compliance, licensing, and safety with the confidence of someone who takes ownership seriously
• Stay Ahead \u2014 Keep your team current on industry trends, techniques, and best practices so your salon stays competitive and your stylists stay engaged

What You'll Earn

• $35\u2013$55/hr (base + tips + commission)
• Retail Commission and Service Commission up to $4/hr \u2014 45% of our team hits it every pay period

What We're Looking For

• Valid WA State Cosmetology or Barber license
• Management experience preferred \u2014 salon, spa, retail, or store management
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
