Schedule Requirements

This leadership role requires dedication and flexibility. You must be willing and able to:

• Work at least 80 hours per pay period and more when needed • Have open availability, including: • 2 opening shifts • 2 closing shifts • Saturday & Sunday coverage • Maintain a 5-day work week • Deliver a minimum of 120 haircuts per pay period while balancing managerial duties

Manager Compensation & Perks
