Our managers typically average $63,000 - $84,000 including salary, tips and incentives. Managers are also eligible for generous monthly bonuses!

Our salon is looking for talented Salon Manager who are passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building a large client base. The ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our Hair Stylists so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. As Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support and develop stylists, and create a positive, team-focused salon culture while running the business with integrity and confidence.

Salon Manager requirements

• Active NC cosmetology license
• Management experience preferred, including salon, spa, retail, or store management
• Men's hair cutting experience in a salon is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
