We are seeking a driven Licensed Sales Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with qualified leads, build relationships with prospective customers, and help individuals and families find insurance solutions that meet their needs.   • Base salary of $36,000, top earners make $100,000+ annually

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
  • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
  • Educate customers on Allstate products and coverage options that meet their needs
  • Help individuals and families protect their assets and prepare for life's uncertainties
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process



Requirements
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license required
  • Allstate experience required
  • Previous insurance sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
