What You'll Do
• Perform residential plumbing or HVAC service, diagnostics, and repairs
• Deliver honest, professional recommendations to homeowners
• Resolve issues efficiently and to code on the first visit
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and job site
• Represent the company with professionalism on every call
• Complete all job documentation accurately
What We're Looking For
• Valid license in plumbing or HVAC (Massachusetts preferred)
• Proven residential service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
