• Perform residential service, repair, and installation in your licensed trade
• Diagnose issues and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site

• Complete job documentation accurately and on time
• Collaborate with dispatchers and team members to deliver great service
What We're Looking For
• Valid license in your trade (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or drain)
• Proven residential service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer communication
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
