What Youll Do:
- Run residential plumbing service calls - diagnose, repair, and deliver solutions
- Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners about their options
- Document your work accurately and completely - pictures, reports, records
- Hit your KPIs: average ticket, conversion, customer satisfaction
- Represent a company customers have trusted for 85 years
What We Need:
- 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
- Active Texas Plumbing License (Tradesman or Journeyman)
- Clean driving record for the last two years + valid license
- Able to pass background and drug screen
- You know your KPIs - average ticket, conversion rate, close rate - and you take them seriously
- Professional attitude and pride in your trade
