Arizona Home Group is looking to partner with 2-3 experienced real estate agents who are ready to build a bigger, more scalable business.

You’ve already proven you can sell real estate. Now, you may be looking for the right environment, systems, support, and team to help you take your production to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, past clients, and your sphere of influence
• Prospect consistently and convert leads and conversations into appointments
• Consult with buyers, establish their needs, and guide them through the home-buying process
• Secure signed buyer agreements and identify properties that meet your clients’ needs
• Consult with sellers, secure listings, and develop effective pricing and marketing strategies
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of buyers and sellers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Host a minimum of two open houses each week
• Participate in weekly training, team meetings, script practice, and accountability activities
• Participate in team events and activities that support our clients and team culture
• Continue developing your knowledge of the local market, pricing strategies, negotiation, marketing, and client experience
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

We’re looking for an experienced real estate professional, not someone simply looking for a place to hang their license.

You are:

• A licensed real estate professional with 2+ years of real estate sales experience
• A proven or aspiring high-producing agent who wants to increase production
• Highly motivated and driven by results
• Competitive while still being collaborative and team-oriented
• Confident in building rapport and developing relationships
• An excellent listener who can identify client needs and recommend solutions
• Comfortable prospecting, following up, and generating business
• A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients and transactions
• Disciplined with strong time-management skills
• Coachable, growth-minded, and committed to continuous learning
• Willing to learn and implement proven scripts, systems, and processes
• Committed to delivering an exceptional client experience
