What We Are Seeking:
We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who:
- Is motivated to achieve an annual income exceeding $100,000
- Commits to continuous professional development
- Can work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team-building activities (we are fun!)
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service with integrity.
- Team player
- Licensed real estate professional
- 6 months+ years of real estate sales experience
- Available for a full-time position, to include evenings and weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Proven track record of conversion
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
- Willing to commit to two in-office team meetings per week
