Licensed Psychotherapist Programmatic Care

Determines clinical interventions, facilitates therapy, and provides education for patients and their families. 2 years supervised therapy experience in mental health including assessment, individual, group and family therapy.

Responsibilities/Job Description:

This role primarily conduct diagnostic assessments and referrals for programmatic care.  Determines clinical interventions, facilitates therapy, and provides education for patients and their families. Completes Diagnostic assessment and bills under a physician. Facilitates treatment planning and manages each case. Responsible for development of transition/discharge plan. Communicates effectively and respectfully with others, including interdisciplinary team and all other contacts. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member.

 

Schedule: 8-4:30, Monday - Friday

 

Locations: Maplewood and Edina

 

Population: CD Adult

Required Qualifications

• Master of Arts in Social Work and/or Psychology
• 2 years experience
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or
• Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years supervised therapy experience in mental health including assessment, individual, group and family therapy.

 

Qualifications: $85,737.60- $121,035.20 Annual
