Responsibilities/Job Description: Determines clinical interventions, facilitates therapy, and provides education for patients and their families. 2 years supervised therapy experience in mental health including assessment, individual, group and family therapy.

Determines clinical interventions, facilitates therapy, and provides education for patients and their families. Completes Diagnostic assessment and bills under a physician. Facilitates treatment planning and manages each case. Responsible for development of transition/discharge plan. Communicates effectively and respectfully with others, including interdisciplinary team and all other contacts. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member.

Required Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work and/or Psychology
• 2 years experience
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or
• Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years supervised therapy experience in mental health including assessment, individual, group and family therapy.

 

Qualifications: $91,083.20- $124,072.00 Annual
