Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LCPC) to provide high-quality behavioral health services within a collaborative care environment. The counselor will support patients through counseling, evaluations, and treatment planning while working closely with other behavioral health professionals.


Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling and behavioral health support
• Conduct mental health evaluations and risk assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain clinical documentation in EHR systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
• Provide health education and behavioral health support services
• Assist with community-based mental health initiatives

Qualifications

• Active LPC or LCPC license in Maryland
• Experience in mental health counseling or behavioral health services
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• Current unrestricted Maryland license
• Availability to work 25+ hours weekly
• Experience with EHR systems
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience

• Community-based behavioral health programs
• Integrated care environments
• Outreach or public health initiatives

$40-$45 Pay Hourly
