    Job Title: Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC/LPC-S) – Remote - Colorado

    Job Overview: Assurasource is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Licensed Therapists to join our dynamic team in Colorado. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, to clients experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues. The therapist will work in a supportive environment that emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and a client-centered approach to care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions.
    • Assess client needs through intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
    • Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals and needs.
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
    • Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities.
    • Provide crisis intervention as necessary and assess risk for suicide or harm.
    • Foster a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential environment for clients.
    • Stay current on mental health, best practices and relevant continuing education.


    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Valid, active license to practice in the state of Colorado (LPC or LPC-S).
    • Master's degree in counseling or a related mental health field.
    • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements.
    • Experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, or trauma-informed care.
    • Experience with telehealth services.
    • Business-fluent Spanish and English.
    • Experience with couples and/or family counseling.


    Benefits

    Flexible Schedule

    • Our Counselors are required to work a minimum of 6 hours per week. You can control your schedule and pick the demographic of clients you want to work with.

    Referrals

    • We receive over 120 new clients per week. We find your clients and fill them in on your calendar.

    Insurance Process

    • We handle all billing and insurance issues. If there is a problem you will still be paid.
