Shift Options: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay Rate: $40.00–$42.00 per hour
Aura Staffing Partners is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position offers guaranteed hours, flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling services.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, case managers, and other members of the treatment team.
- Provide crisis intervention and support services when necessary.
- Educate clients and families regarding treatment plans and available resources.
Requirements:
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
- Experience in mental health, behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or counseling services preferred.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
