    Description

    Integrated Psych Solutions (IPS) is looking for a self-starting master’s-level therapist to join our team in Thomson, GA on a full-time basis.

    IPS is an Augusta-based behavioral health organization that provides services to local healthcare facilities including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and nursing homes. Founded in 2019, we are in an exciting growth stage with near-term expansion opportunities and room for leadership within the company.

    This is a full-time role offering the flexibility to generally manage your own schedule based on caseload needs. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and licensure.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide individual and/or group counseling and therapy
    • Manage complex behavioral and psychosocial needs to facilitate optimal clinical outcomes
    • Manage and complete patient caseload across the Thomson and greater McDuffie County area
    • Document detailed patient notes in the electronic medical record system and develop/maintain treatment plans in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams
    • Collaborate with the IPS care team to ensure a comprehensive approach

    Requirements

    • Active Georgia LPC or LCSW license (or eligibility to obtain one)
    • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field (CSWE-accredited program required for social work candidates)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
    • Genuine engagement with patients and commitment to a restorative care environment
