Qualifications
• LPC • LCSW • LMFT • Independent practice licensure in the state of Missouri • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a licensed therapist with preference given to those with experience in LTC setting • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability and desire to work autonomously • Passion for working with older adults

Compensation and Benefits Details
Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated to be in the range of $86,113 to $102,136 annually, with no cap on productivity income potential.
