Licensed Psychotherapist (LPC/LMFT) – Kansas City Metro | $86K–$102K+ | No Weekends
Full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) opportunity providing psychotherapy to older adults in post-acute and long-term care settings throughout the Kansas City Metro area, including Liberty and Lawson, Missouri. Enjoy clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong administrative support without the responsibilities of managing a private practice.
Opportunity Highlights
- Monday–Friday | 5 days/week
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible scheduling with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- Provide individual psychotherapy, assessments, and treatment planning
- Treat depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, adjustment disorders, and life transitions
- Work with older adults in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and rehabilitation facilities
- Collaborative interdisciplinary care teams
- Established clinical and administrative support
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated earnings: $86,000–$102,000+, with uncapped productivity potential
- Base salary plus productivity bonuses

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Missouri LPC or LMFT license
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- Minimum 6 months of psychotherapy experience
- Experience treating older adults or working in post-acute/long-term care preferred
- Comfortable providing independent clinical care
