Shifts Available: Variable Shifts- will be based on census and facility need.
Assignment Type:13-Week Contract
Pay Rate: $2100 - $2500/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients according to the plan of care.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Collect and document patient information and changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the RN or healthcare provider.
- Assist physicians and RNs with examinations and procedures.
