Location : Gunnison, CO 81230
Duration : 13 Weeks (with Possible extension)
Pay : $1,651/week
Shift : 12 hour Nights/ Days shift

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide safe, high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting. The LPN will work closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to monitor patients, administer medications and treatments, assist with daily care needs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care according to established care plans and facility policies.
  • Monitor and document vital signs, patient condition, pain levels, intake/output, and other clinical observations.
  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered and within the LPN scope of practice.
  • Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures as required.
  • Assist patients with ADLs, hygiene, mobility, positioning, and comfort measures.
  • Observe and promptly report changes in patients' physical or mental condition to the
  • RN or healthcare provider.
  • Collect specimens and perform designated point-of-care testing as assigned.
