    Our company is looking for a LPN PRN to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident;
    • Provide nursing services;
    • Reports any problems or emergencies to proper department;
    • Confers with nursing supervisor concerning the care and treatment of individual patients;
    • Acts as team leader when requested;
    • Performs nursing duties such as ordering medications, taking and recording of blood sugars, hemoccult, catherization, oxygen, blood pressures, etc.;

    Requirements:

    • Valid license as an LPN in state of practice;
    • Current Licensed L.P.N., preferably with experience in long-term care of geriatric nursing;
    • Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired;
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables;
