Description
We’re seeking a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN to provide quality care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehab facility.
LPN Pay:
- $1,840 weekly gross working 32 hours.
- Travel and local pay packages both available.
- Weekly direct deposit with benefits available.
- Benefits available; Medical, dental, vision, 401K.
Schedule + Timeline:
- ASAP start!

- 13 week direct contract with the opportunity to extend.

Long Term CareLPN / Licensed Practical Nurse Job Description:
Work with a highly-skilled team to provide a variety of patient care services to the community of residents ranging from skilled nursing and assisted living to memory care and rehabilitation.
- Provide direct resident care and assist with daily needs.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
- Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing tasks.
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
- Document care and maintain accurate records.
LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:
- WI LPN license in good standing.
- BLS certification or ability to obtain.
- Clean background and drug screen upon hire.
- Ability to provide or obtain negative TB test results and work physical completed in the last 12-months.
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Compassion for residents in long-term and rehab care.
