We're preparing for upcoming LPN opportunities on short-term rehab and subacute units on Long Island. These are permanent, full-time roles with the facility.

You'll administer medications and treatments, reconcile medications at admission and discharge, work daily with physical, occupational and speech therapy on discharge planning, and report changes in condition to the RN.

Who will love this role

• An LPN with a current New York State license in good standing and current CPR or BLS
• Rehab or long-term care experience preferred; some facilities consider new graduates
• Comfortable with frequent admissions and discharges
