What You’ll Do

• Provide quality nursing care under the direction of the RN and healthcare team
• Give medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
• Keep accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Work with residents, families and team members to deliver excellent care

What We’re Looking For

• Current LPN license in the State of Minnesota
• Ability to work [minimum availability, e.g., 2 shifts per month, including one weekend and holiday rotation]
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A compassionate, dependable, resident-focused approach
• Senior living or long-term care experience a plus
